By accessing or using TypingBlast ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use TypingBlast. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

TypingBlast is a free online typing speed test and practice platform. The Service is provided "as is" for educational and productivity improvement purposes.

TypingBlast grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated tools or bots to submit scores or otherwise manipulate the Service
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from the Service without prior written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

When you create an account with TypingBlast, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

TypingBlast uses third-party authentication (Google OAuth via Supabase) to manage sign-in. We do not store your passwords. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

TypingBlast may allow you to submit display names and other profile information. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant TypingBlast a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content as part of the Service.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Typing test results and scores saved to the TypingBlast leaderboard are visible to other users. By submitting a score, you consent to your display name and score being shown publicly on the leaderboard.

TypingBlast reserves the right to remove scores that appear to be generated by automated tools, bots, or any method other than genuine human typing.

The TypingBlast name, logo, design, code, and all content on this platform are the intellectual property of TypingBlast and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

The typing practice words and quotations used in tests are selected from the public domain or are generated specifically for TypingBlast. Blog articles published on TypingBlast are original works protected by copyright.

TypingBlast is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

TypingBlast does not guarantee that the WPM measurements provided by the Service are suitable for any particular professional certification, employment assessment, or other formal purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TypingBlast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses.

TypingBlast reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
